Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. Start with 14 days of Pro access for two users without providing a payment card.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose Starter, Basic or Pro to continue. If no paid package is activated, the workspace normally pauses rather than starting an automatic charge.
Can more than one person use the workspace?
Yes. The current trial and paid packages include two secure user logins. Additional users are available on Basic and Pro at the prices shown above.
What is a Pro Field Worker?
A Field Worker costs R99 per month and receives Work-section-only access for jobs, appointments, tasks, client reports, work map and Team Chat. Full Pro users remain R150 per month.
Do I share my online-banking password?
No. Banking uses a text-based PDF or CSV statement downloaded from your bank. Accounting Pilot lets you review extracted details, correct classifications and skip exact duplicate lines.
Can different customers have different prices or branches?
Yes. Name and enable the extra customer price levels you need, then set matching prices on products. Up to 100 branches can sit under a Head Office customer while billing stays with Head Office.
Can I build finished products from stock components?
Yes, when the optional manufactured-products setting is enabled. Define the components and quantities on the product, then build stock with calculated cost and a build history.
Can I sell on a customer account at the till?
Yes. Choose a saved customer for an On Account sale; Accounting Pilot checks the available customer credit and synchronises the sale to an unpaid invoice. Cloud confirmation requires an internet connection.
Can the till create a quote?
Yes. Build the cart, choose or create the customer, then create and print a quote. A quote does not take payment, open the cash drawer or reduce stock.
Can documents show crates, packets or measured quantities?
Yes. Choose standard quantities or the pack-and-contents format. Packed documents show BX/BG/C…, TOTAL QTY and U/M, with supported pack types including boxes, packets, crates, bags, cases, trays, cartons and bundles.
Can I print on continuous dot-matrix stationery?
Yes. Save up to ten continuous or custom layouts for invoices, quotes and delivery notes, position each document block and select the matching Windows printer on that computer.
Can I cancel a monthly subscription?
Yes. Cancel from the Subscription area or contact support from the registered account email. See the Cancellation Policy for the complete terms.
Can I track serial numbers or sell by weight?
Enable serial tracking on eligible products and follow each item through cloud invoices and returns. For POS kg or g products, enter the measured weight on the touch keypad. Serial-tracked items currently use cloud invoices rather than the till.
