Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The public trial form does not ask for payment or card details.
What happens after 14 days?
Your trial access pauses unless your company moves to Starter, Basic or Pro. You can start a secure monthly subscription from this page.
Can I invite my team during the trial?
Yes. The Pro trial includes up to two secure user logins.
Can I pay annually?
The current Accounting Pilot package feed lists monthly billing for Starter, Basic and Pro. No annual package is currently published.
How much are additional users?
Every paid package includes two users. Starter does not currently support extra users; additional users are R80 per month on Basic and R150 per month on Pro.
What is a Pro Field Worker?
A Field Worker costs R99 per month and receives Work-section-only access for jobs, appointments, tasks, client reports, work map and Team Chat.
How are online payments handled?
Monthly checkout and renewals are handled securely by PayFast. Card details are entered on PayFast and are not stored on this website; package and seat changes are confirmed through the subscription area.
How are passwords protected?
Passwords are hashed and managed by Supabase Auth.
Is Point of Sale included?
POS is excluded from the trial, Starter, Basic and Pro. POS Basic is a separate R400 monthly package with Basic accounting and inventory features, two included users and R80 per extra full user. Hardware is separate.
