Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The public trial form does not ask for payment or card details.
What happens after 14 days?
Your trial access pauses unless your company moves to Starter, Basic or Pro. You can start a secure monthly subscription from this page.
Can I invite my team during the trial?
Yes. The Pro trial includes up to two secure user logins.
Can I pay annually?
The current Accounting Pilot package feed lists monthly billing for Starter, Basic and Pro. No annual package is currently published.
How much are additional users?
Every paid package includes two users. Starter does not currently support extra users; additional users are R80 per month on Basic and R150 per month on Pro.
How are online payments handled?
Hosted checkout is handled securely by PayFast. Your card details are entered on PayFast and are not stored on this website.
How are passwords protected?
Passwords are hashed and managed by Supabase Auth.
